Although I appreciate the automated email options in Sunshine, and I appreciate it being customized for Sunshine, I think the options for sending emails is a bit outdated. I find that sometimes the queue is filled but messages are never sent, and I don't know what's happened. Integration with a CRM like FluentCRM would allow for sales funnels and maybe it would be possible to include integration so that abandoned carts, those that enter their email to view a gallery, etc. could be notified with a "you forgot something" message, etc. I like FluentCRM because it manages unlimited mailing lists for subscribers and also can perform the email automation in the free version.
