Sales Reports

The Advanced Reporting addon adds a Reports section to your Sunshine admin area. It gives you a clear picture of what's selling, which galleries are generating revenue, and who your top customers are.

How to Access Reports

Go to Sunshine > Reports in your WordPress admin. You'll see tabs across the top for each report type: Products, Galleries, Images, and Customers.

Each report can be filtered by date range using the date fields at the top of the page.

Products Report

The Products report shows how each of your products is performing. For every product, you'll see:

  • Orders — how many orders included that product
  • Items — total quantity sold
  • Total — total revenue from that product

Click any column header to sort the table. If you use the Price Levels addon, you can also filter results by price level using the dropdown at the top.

Galleries Report

The Galleries report shows sales performance for each gallery. It includes:

  • Orders — number of orders placed from that gallery
  • Items — total items sold from the gallery
  • Total — total revenue

If you use sub-galleries, the report displays them in a hierarchy. Click the arrow next to a parent gallery to expand it and see its child galleries. Parent gallery totals include sales from all child galleries underneath them.

Images Report

The Images report shows which individual images are generating the most sales. Each row displays:

  • Image name — with a link to the image
  • Gallery — which gallery the image belongs to
  • Purchases — how many times the image was purchased
  • Total — total revenue from that image

Results are paginated with 20 images per page.

Customers Report

The Customers report lists your customers ranked by their order activity. It shows:

  • Customer name — with a link to their customer profile
  • Orders — total number of orders
  • Total — total amount spent

A summary at the top shows the total number of customers who have placed orders within the selected date range.

Notes

  • Reports are cached for performance. If you've just processed an order, it may take up to an hour for the numbers to update.
  • The date range filter applies to the order date, so it reflects when orders were placed, not when they were fulfilled.
