Connecting MailChimp

Integrating MailChimp with Sunshine Photo Cart can help you build your email list to strengthen your email marketing efforts of your client photo galleries and grow your photography business. This quick guide is designed to walk you through the process of connecting these two powerful tools.

Get your MailChimp API key

1. Login to your MailChimp account
2. Go to Profile (upper right corner)
3. Click on the Extras tab and select API Keys (Direct link)
4. Find the Create a Key button
5. Type in an API Key name and click Generate Key
6. Copy this key
7. In your WordPress admin, go to Sunshine > Settings > Integrations
8. Paste in the MailChimp API key
9. Select the MailChimp list you want to connect
10. Select the Subscribe Method and When to Subscribe options
